Project Services

Our Knowledge Team provides both program and project management resources to deliver external projects for major clients.

The group is also responsible for raising the levels of program and project practice within the organisation and to continually develop team members through knowledge sharing activities, development programs and special interest groups.

Change Corporations’ Project Services Knowledge Team offers professional program and project management resources that provide in-depth specialist knowledge; proven industry expertise; highly qualified project managers with professional certification; and a proven track record of successful delivery in complex national and international environments.

The Project Service team holds a monthly Project Management Special Interest Group — an interactive knowledge sharing session covering all aspects of the project management industry. In addition, all Change Corporation project managers are given the opportunity to become registered PM’s through our Project Management Development Program, in collaboration with the Australian Institute of Project Management.

More about Mick
Currently I have a role as portfolio manager within the Complete Systems Integration program (CSI) for our major client Rio Tinto.  The program is high profile and is designed to deliver integrated technical systems across the entire organisation. The major challenge will be integrating the entire solution across numerous business areas and ensuring that every employee affected is ready for the immense change this will bring to the organsiation.

I have also engaged with Rio Tinto as a Project Manager on their  MESA A expansion project delivering both rail and mine communications infrastructure to the mine site , and on their Hope Downs expansion project delivering a suite of technical applications to the mine users.

A career in Project Management at Change Corporation
Our program and project managers have a long history of successful delivery across a broad range of industries and environments. They are nationally recognised and can provide a high level of knowledge and a flexible approach to project application. This approach provides immediate benefit when applied across client sites that vary greatly in specific levels of project management maturity.

Future employees have the opportunity to become part of a highly experienced, dedicated and collaborative group.  Opportunities exist to manage high profile projects and to participate in a number of development initiatives to continually upgrade individual project management skills. The organisation is also represented at senior levels in both the Project Management Institute and the Australian Institute of Project Management.

The best thing about working at Change is being part of a professional organisation that is continually growing and developing and that recognises, supports and rewards individual achievement.
