I have worked on several major projects for one of our biggest Resources clients — Rio Tinto, including the Rio Tinto Team Merger Project, Telecoms Process Improvement Project and the Open Transport Network Management Model Analysis.
The Telecoms Process Improvement Project I recently worked on provided a great opportunity to use a variety of skills. As Project Manager I conducted all of the business process analysis and also utilised my communication and change management skills.
